FAQ AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
SNAFU, Inc. is focused on producing the highest quality products available. Here at, SNAFU, Inc. we strive to deliver a product that is free of material and workmanship defects. The following is the SNAFU, Inc. Limited Warranty.


WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
SNAFU, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of an SNAFU, Inc. product that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated below. No one is allowed to change or add to this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase as set forth below. This Limited Warranty is subject to the exclusions described below.


THE LENGTH OF THE WARRANTY
For the following products, the Limited Warranty lasts for as long as the original purchaser owns the product:


WHAT THE LIMITED WARRANT DOES NOT COVER
The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: Defects in materials or workmanship caused by misuse, abuse or neglect. Such actions void the Limited Warranty, so you should avoid these actions. Defects in materials or workmanship caused by modification, accident, material removal, theft, improper assembly of fit, and normal wear and tear. Any labor charges associated with the Limited Warranty or cost of shipping the part to SNAFU, Inc. Please inspect your SNAFU, Inc. product immediately upon receipt. SNAFU, Inc. cannot be held responsible for damages sustained in transit, so please report any such damage to the carrier immediately.


HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAM
Limited Warranty claims must be made directly to SNAFU, Inc. The part must be returned to SNAFU, Inc. with PREAUTORIZATION and a copy of the sales receipt. Please make all warranty claims, and direct all warranty questions, to our warranty department. See reverse side for contact information.


WHAT WE WILL DO FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
If a product is determined to be covered by the Limited Warranty, SNAFU, Inc. will, wither repair or replace the frame and will pay the shipping charges to ship the repaired or replacement product back to you.


WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
SNAFU, Inc. is no responsible for (a) shipping charges you incur when sending a product to us for warranty service or evaluation or (b) any labor charges incurred in conjunction with the Limited Warranty.


FAQ AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
You must have proof of purchase for SNAFU, Inc. to provide any Limited Warranty repair or replacement, so please retain your original sales receipt. SNAFU, Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
